Ivy Cottage is a 4-star, self catering cottage in the heart of Grassington, a vibrant village in the heart of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. The cottage, dating to the 17th century, was thououghly modernized in 2017 while retaining it's original charm, and has been meticulously maintained since then. Recent additions and flourishes by the new owners have only added to this home away from home.
Ivy Cottage sleeps 3 to 4* guests in 2 bedrooms. This includes a king-size bed in the spacious master and a single plus a single trundle in the 2nd, smaller room. *Please note that with the trundle mattress deployed, the 2nd bedroom is usable for 2, but the space is tight, more suitable for 2 children or young adults.
Up to 2 well behaved dogs may stay free of charge.

Direct Booking Terms and Cancellation charges:
If booking through Cottages.com or associated companies, those sites will have terms and cancellation fees explained.
For direct bookings with us, we have simplified our payment terms and cancellation fees:
Minimum 25% down at time of booking, balance due 30 days before start of stay. Payment preferred by bank transfer (no cards accepted).
Cancellation: 25%* is not refundable at any time**, Other monies are refundable up to 14 days before the stay, after which all is forfeited*.
* If we are able to rebook the cancelled period, we will refund (by bank transfer) all but 10% of the total charge, once the new booking is confirmed.
**For any UK Government mandated closure (Covid, etc) all fees are fully refundable at any time (pro-rated if holiday interrupted in progress).
